My name is Jack. I got my start in graphic design, and now I am a photographer with a deeply-rooted passion for photojournalism.

Since I was young, I’ve been quite knowledgeable about cameras and computers, so my technology always works for me and not against me.

With every project I work on, my top priority is to do something new, because I feel the best way for me to learn and grow as a photographer is to actively travel and shoot things that are outside of both my neighborhood and my comfort zone. Whether that’s applying a new processing technique, traveling to a new location, or photographing something I have never photographed. Learning by doing new things is very important to me.

I aspire to be a professional photojournalist and capture the extreme ends of the planet we all live on; the things that regular people deserve to see the most. War, politics, crime, hunger, protest, cultural shifts, religious movements, natural disasters, climate change, wildlife, scientific advancements, medicinal breakthroughs, technological innovations, and space exploration.
